This notice covers the Evenstride Loop public website and its inquiry form. Questions or requests about your information can be sent to [email protected].

When you contact us

The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address, team size, whether you use LawnPro, and your preferred reply method. You can add a short note. A phone number is required if you choose a text or phone reply. We use these details to respond, assess whether our services may fit, and keep track of the conversation. Submitting does not book a meeting or engagement.

Please do not include passwords, customer records, health information, payment details, or other sensitive information. Any later business review has a separately agreed scope and information-sharing process.

Services used to run the website and respond

• Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and browser information.
• Supabase processes and stores inquiry submissions and information used to manage security, submission receipts, and retries.
• Resend sends inquiry notifications to our business email, which is hosted by Zoho Mail.
• Google Workspace stores our business contact and inquiry records. We use OpenAI’s ChatGPT with connected services to help reconcile inquiries and prepare follow-up work, with human review.

These services process information for the relevant hosting, communication, recordkeeping, or assistance functions. Inquiry information is separate from optional Google Analytics measurements.

Job profitability calculator

The calculator runs in your browser. Its input figures and notes are not submitted to Evenstride Loop or an AI service, and the calculator does not save them between visits. You can print or save a PDF using your browser. Optional analytics may record a visit to the calculator page, but our tracking code does not send the figures or notes you enter.

Optional Google Analytics

If you select Allow analytics, we load Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions such as inquiry-button clicks, form openings, and confirmed inquiry receipts. It uses first-party analytics cookies and receives technical information such as browser/device details and your IP address as part of the connection. Analytics measurements are not a count of qualified leads or customers.

Our tracking code sends fixed page names and action labels, removes query strings and fragments from the reported page address, and limits the reported referring address to its origin. It does not send your name, email, phone number, business name, message, form answers, or submission receipt to Google Analytics. Advertising consent is denied, and Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website tag.

We do not load the Google Analytics tag or send Analytics measurements before you allow it. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or sending an inquiry. Use Analytics settings below or in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing stops further Analytics collection in this browser and clears this site's accessible Analytics cookies; it does not undo information already sent.

We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. While analytics is allowed, we also keep recent inquiry receipt identifiers in session storage to avoid counting the same confirmed receipt repeatedly in that browser session. These identifiers are not sent to Google Analytics. Clearing browser storage resets these local choices and identifiers. Browser settings may shorten storage or prevent it entirely.

Embedded video and other links

The homepage includes a YouTube video using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. The embed can connect to YouTube when it loads or you interact with it and is separate from the Analytics choice above. YouTube and other external sites have their own privacy practices. Following an email or external link uses the selected service.

Keeping and correcting information

Inquiry information may remain in our submission records, email, and business contact records while we handle the inquiry and maintain the related business records. Contact Jed if you would like to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. We will review the request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please do not send sensitive identity documents with an initial request.
