Free Opportunity Scan

Find a useful next step for your business.

A focused look at one or two things you wish worked better—with AI-assisted analysis and the business evidence to guide your next decision.

For lawn care and landscaping owners using LawnPro who want to get more from their software, reduce recurring work, or find a practical place to start with AI.

Ask about a free Opportunity Scan

No charge. No obligation. Your findings to keep.

Is this a useful starting point?

Bring the problem that keeps coming back.

The Scan is a free diagnostic review. We use AI to help compare what you think is happening with how the work gets done and what the available evidence shows.

Our current focus is owner-led lawn care and landscaping businesses using LawnPro, across the U.S. Smaller teams are welcome; fit depends on the problem and a practical way to examine it.

It helps to have an owner or manager involved, a recent example, and a little time from the person closest to the work when useful. We confirm fit before asking for business evidence.

How it works

From a real question to an informed next step.

We keep the scope small, reuse information you already have, and agree on what is useful before asking for more.

  1. 01

    Tell us what matters

Share one or two problems or opportunities, what you have tried, and a recent example. Start by email, written or voice responses, or a short conversation.

  2. 02

    Agree on the evidence

If there is a fit, we agree on the smallest useful evidence and clear permissions. That may be an authorized read, a targeted report or a brief demonstration in your controlled environment.

  3. 03

    Examine the opportunity

We use AI-assisted analysis to look for patterns, test possible explanations and compare practical improvements. A short staff perspective can help when it adds useful information.

  4. 04

    Review the findings

We walk through your Opportunity Brief, what the evidence supports, what remains uncertain, and the most useful next decision. You choose whether to continue.

A small commitment from your team.

Plan for about 15 minutes to start. We aim for roughly 45 minutes of combined owner and staff time across the Scan, including evidence setup and findings review, when practical. These are targets, not guarantees; we agree on a manageable scope.

What we look for

Useful AI. Better use of what you already have.

These are illustrative questions we might examine—not client results or a promise that every business will have the same opportunities.

01 / Follow-through

Where does work stall?

Are open estimates, customer follow-ups or billing exceptions waiting because a step or owner is unclear?

Explore clearer responsibility, existing reminders or useful AI-assisted exception review.

02 / Daily coordination

What keeps getting repeated?

Are job details, schedule updates or office-to-crew handoffs creating avoidable checking and rework?

Explore a simpler process and better use of existing software before adding complexity.

03 / Practical AI

Where could your team use help?

Could AI help summarize operating information, prepare a draft, or make a recurring review easier?

Explore assistance your team can use with clear human review and appropriate permissions.

AI is part of how we investigate. The right improvement may be a simpler process, better software configuration, practical AI assistance—or leaving something alone. We check what your tools and permissions actually support.

Your Opportunity Brief

Something useful to make a decision with.

You receive a concise readout of the findings and a prioritized next step. The goal is to improve your understanding, whether that means uncovering a missed opportunity, confirming a suspected problem, or deciding further work is not worthwhile.

Your findings are yours to keep. The Scan includes diagnosis and recommendations; system changes and implementation are separately agreed work.

What your brief covers

  1. The starting questionYour priorities and what you expected to find.
  2. What the evidence addsWhat lines up, what differs, and what is still unknown.
  3. The most useful opportunityPotential benefit, effort, costs and the burden on your team.
  4. A recommended next stepWhat is worth pursuing—and why.

Findings depend on the evidence. A useful conclusion can also be that there is not enough value to continue.

After the Scan

You choose where to go from here.

Implement an improvement

When the direction is clear, consider separately scoped implementation, testing and team training. We agree on scope, cost, timing and permissions first.

Investigate further

If important questions need more evidence, consider an optional paid deeper diagnostic. It is not a required step after every Scan.

Keep your findings and stop

You can use the brief to inform your own next steps. There is no obligation to buy further work or implement our recommendations.

Before you start

A few practical questions.

What should I provide first?

A short description of one or two things you wish worked better, what you have tried, and a recent example. No customer records, passwords or system access are needed to begin. Please keep the initial inquiry free of sensitive business information.

Do I need new software or an AI account?

No new software purchase, AI subscription or technical setup is required to start the Scan. We work out a proportionate evidence route after confirming fit and reuse existing information where possible.

Will you change anything in my systems?

No. The Scan is diagnostic. We agree on evidence, permissions and boundaries before review; raw business data stays in your controlled environment. Any later implementation needs separately agreed scope and approval.

Is the Opportunity Scan really free?

Yes. There is no charge for the Scan and no obligation to continue. Implementation or a justified deeper diagnostic is optional and separately scoped. We do not guarantee savings or a particular number of findings.

Do I have to get on a phone call?

No phone call is required to make an inquiry. We can start by email and agree on a practical way to understand your business question, including written or voice responses when useful.

Are you part of LawnPro?

Evenstride Loop is independent and is not endorsed by LawnPro. LawnPro businesses are our current focus; we verify relevant capabilities and permissions before using them.

Start with one question

What would you like to work better?

Tell Jed a little about your business and the problem or opportunity on your mind. We’ll work out whether an Opportunity Scan is a useful next step.
